PathBinder Prohibited Items & Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what may be listed and how everyone must behave on PathBinder. It supplements the Terms of Service. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Violations may result in content removal, listing cancellation, loss of selling privileges, and account suspension or termination.

1. What you may list

Authentic trading cards (singles and sealed product) and, depending on your subscription tier, approved non-TCG collectibles. All items must be genuine, lawfully owned by you, in your possession, and accurately described.

2. Prohibited items

You may not list or sell:

• Counterfeits, replicas, proxies, bootlegs, or unauthorized reproductions of cards or products.
• Stolen, fraudulently obtained, or counterfeit goods, or items you do not own or cannot deliver.
• Items that infringe any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property right.
• Tampered or misrepresented graded items, including altered slabs, fake grading labels, or trimmed/restored cards represented as original.
• Illegal items or anything whose sale is restricted or prohibited by law, including weapons, hazardous materials, recalled products, drugs, or age-restricted goods not permitted on the Service.
• Items used to circumvent fees or move transactions off-platform.

3. Acceptable use — content and conduct

You agree not to post, send, or upload content that is:

• Objectionable — harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets people based on protected characteristics.
• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive — scams, phishing, false claims, fake listings, or manipulation of prices, search, or ratings.
• Spam — unsolicited promotion, repetitive postings, or off-platform solicitation.
• Infringing or private — content you don't have the rights to, or others' personal information shared without consent.
• Harmful — malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You also agree not to impersonate others, create accounts to evade enforcement, or misuse messaging, reviews, or disputes.

4. Moderation, reporting, and blocking

To keep the community safe:

• Report — every listing, profile, message, and review can be reported. Use the in-app report controls or email support@pathbinder.gg.
• Block — you can block other users to stop them from messaging or interacting with you.
• Review and action — we review reports and may filter, hide, or remove content and take action against accounts. We act promptly on reports of objectionable content and remove violating content and offending users where warranted.

We may use automated and manual methods to detect violations. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may issue warnings, remove content, cancel orders, reverse or withhold payouts as permitted, restrict or suspend features, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts. Serious violations (such as fraud, counterfeiting, or threats) may be reported to law enforcement.
