Delete Your PathBinder Account

This page explains how to delete your PathBinder account and the personal data associated with it. PathBinder is operated by PathBinder LLC (pathbinder.gg and the PathBinder mobile app).

How to delete your account

In the app or on the web: sign in, then go to Account → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period — sign back in any time within 30 days to cancel it. After that, your profile, photos, and personal data are permanently removed.

If you can’t sign in: email support@pathbinder.gg from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the request, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What is kept, and for how long

We retain a limited set of records only where the law requires, or to complete open transactions, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud — for example, completed order and transaction records (amounts, dates, and order status). These are kept for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal-compliance obligations (in the United States, financial records are commonly retained for up to 7 years), after which they are deleted.

PathBinder never stores your payment card numbers — those are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not part of the data we hold or retain.
